Digital Delivery Policy

Digital Artwork Gallery sells downloadable digital artwork files. Our products are delivered electronically and are not shipped as physical goods.
This Shipping Policy explains how digital orders are processed and delivered, what customers should expect after checkout and what to do if a download is delayed or cannot be accessed.

Nothing in this Policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or waived.
1. Digital Products Only
Unless an individual product page expressly states otherwise, all products sold by Digital Artwork Gallery are digital products.
Your purchase includes access to the downloadable artwork file described on the applicable product page.
A standard purchase does not include:

A physical art print

A frame
-
A canvas
-
A poster
-
Printing services
-
Packaging
-
Physical shipping
-
Courier delivery
-
Installation
-
Any other tangible product
Images showing artwork inside frames, rooms, galleries or physical products are presentation mockups. They are provided to illustrate how the artwork may appear after printing and are not physical items included with your purchase.
2. No Physical Shipping
No physical package will be sent to your address.
Because our artwork files are delivered digitally:

No shipping fee is charged

No shipping carrier is assigned
-
No tracking number is issued
-
No physical delivery estimate applies
-
No signature is required
-
No package will arrive by mail or courier
A billing address or location may still be requested during checkout for payment verification, fraud prevention, currency display or tax calculation. Providing this information does not mean that a physical product will be shipped.
3. How Digital Delivery Works
After successful payment confirmation, the purchased artwork will normally be made available electronically.
Delivery may be provided through one or more of the following methods:

A download link sent to the email address used during checkout

An order-status page

A customer account, where account functionality is available

A secure digital-delivery service connected to our store
The exact delivery interface may vary depending on the device, browser, payment method and digital-delivery system in use at the time of purchase.
4. Delivery Timing
Digital artwork is normally available immediately after payment has been successfully processed.
In some cases, delivery may be temporarily delayed because of:

A pending bank transaction

An incorrect email address

Email-provider delays

Temporary website or server maintenance

A digital-delivery service interruption

An order confirmation does not necessarily mean that payment has been fully approved. Download access may remain pending until the payment processor confirms the transaction.
Most successfully processed orders should not require manual fulfillment. If access is not provided within a reasonable time after payment confirmation, contact us using the information in Section 14.
5. Email Delivery
A download email may be sent to the email address entered during checkout.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate email address.
Before contacting us about a missing email, please:

Some business, corporate or security-filtered email systems may block automated download messages.
If the download email does not arrive but the order-confirmation page contains a working download link, you may use the link displayed there.
6. Incorrect Email Address
If you entered an incorrect email address, contact us as soon as possible.
Include:

The incorrect email address entered

The correct email address

The title of the purchased artwork

The approximate purchase date and time
We may request reasonable information to verify that you are the legitimate purchaser before changing delivery details or resending access.
For security reasons, we may refuse to redirect a download where the information provided does not reasonably match the original transaction.
Do not send complete payment-card numbers, passwords or security codes by email.
7. Downloading the File
For the most reliable download experience, we recommend:

Using a current desktop or mobile browser

Maintaining a stable internet connection

Confirming that your device has sufficient storage

Allowing browser downloads

Downloading directly from the original link

Avoiding public or shared computers
-
Saving the file to a secure location
Large high-resolution files may take longer to download than ordinary website images, particularly on slower connections.
Do not close the browser or interrupt the internet connection while the file is downloading.
After downloading, confirm that:

The download has completed

The file has the expected filename or format

The file opens correctly

The file has been saved to a location you can access later
8. Mobile Devices and Cloud Storage
The artwork may be downloaded using a compatible smartphone or tablet, but some mobile operating systems place downloaded files inside a downloads folder, files application or cloud-storage location rather than the photo gallery.
If you cannot locate the downloaded file:

Check the device’s Files or Downloads application

Check the browser’s download history
-
Check connected cloud-storage folders
-
Search the device using the artwork filename
-
Try downloading through a desktop or laptop computer
Some mobile applications may not be capable of opening or displaying the complete resolution of a very large artwork file.
This does not necessarily mean that the file is defective. The original high-resolution file may require a compatible image viewer, design application or desktop computer.
9. Download Access and Backup Copies
Download links may be subject to technical, time-based or usage limits imposed by the store or digital-delivery platform.
You should download your purchased file promptly after completing the order.
After downloading the artwork, you are responsible for maintaining your own secure backup copy.
We recommend keeping the original file in at least two secure locations, such as:

Your computer

An external storage device
-
A reputable cloud-storage account
-
A secure business file system
Do not rely on Digital Artwork Gallery to provide permanent or indefinite file hosting.
Where reasonably possible, we may assist with restoring access to a previous purchase. However, replacement access is not guaranteed indefinitely, particularly where:

The product has been removed for legal or security reasons

The purchase cannot be verified
-
The order has been refunded or charged back
-
The associated commercial license has terminated
-
The customer has violated the Commercial License
-
The original file is no longer reasonably available
Keep your order confirmation as evidence of purchase.
10. File Compression and Transfer
For best quality, download and retain the original file supplied by Digital Artwork Gallery.
Do not use a screenshot or website preview as a substitute for the purchased master file.
Some email systems, messaging applications, social-media platforms and online editing tools automatically compress uploaded images.
Compression may reduce:

Pixel dimensions
-
File size
-
Fine detail
-
Color information
-
Print quality
-
Effective print resolution
When sending the file to a printer, designer or authorized production contractor, use a file-transfer method that preserves the original file without automatic image compression.
Any third party receiving temporary access must comply with the applicable Commercial License and may not retain or independently reuse the artwork.
11. Missing, Incorrect or Corrupted Files
Contact us promptly if:

The download link does not work
-
No file is attached to the order
-
The downloaded file is incomplete
-
The file is corrupted
-
The file cannot be opened in ordinarily compatible software
-
You received a different artwork from the one ordered
-
The supplied file materially differs from the advertised specifications
We may first attempt to resolve the issue by:

Resending the download email
-
Providing a replacement link
-
Delivering a new copy of the file
-
Correcting the supplied file
-
Confirming the appropriate method for opening the file
-
Verifying whether the problem is caused by the file, device, browser or software
Refunds and other remedies are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy and any mandatory consumer law that applies to the transaction.
12. Taxes, Customs and Import Charges
Digital Artwork Gallery does not physically import or ship a package to the customer.
Accordingly, an ordinary digital artwork order does not generate:

Physical shipping charges
-
Courier brokerage fees
-
Package customs declarations
-
Physical import duties
-
Postal handling charges
However, sales tax, value-added tax, goods and services tax or another tax applicable to digital content may be calculated or collected during checkout depending on the customer’s location and applicable law.
Any tax shown at checkout is separate from shipping.
Your bank or payment provider may also independently apply:

Foreign-transaction fees
-
Currency-conversion charges
-
Payment-processing fees
These third-party charges are not shipping fees and are not controlled by Digital Artwork Gallery.
13. Immediate Digital Delivery and Cancellation
By requesting immediate access to a digital artwork, you ask us to begin supplying the digital content after successful payment rather than waiting for the end of any otherwise applicable cancellation or withdrawal period.
Where required by applicable law, checkout may request your express consent to immediate digital delivery and your acknowledgment that a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right may be lost once access or downloading begins.
Immediate delivery does not remove any mandatory rights that may apply where the digital content is:

Not delivered

Corrupted
-
Faulty
-
Materially not as described
-
Otherwise non-conforming under applicable law
